By using this website (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided by the Janice Gordon for Brampton City Council campaign for informational and engagement purposes connected with the 2026 Brampton municipal election. You may view, share, and link to its content. You may not (a) scrape or mass-download the Site by automated means, (b) attempt to compromise its security, or (c) use it to send unsolicited communications to its visitors.

2. Submissions

When you submit a form (volunteer, contact, lawn sign, RSVP), you confirm that the information you provide is your own and accurate. We may decline to act on submissions that appear inauthentic, abusive, or designed to harass.

3. Content accuracy

We make reasonable effort to keep information accurate and current. Policy positions and event details may change. The Site is provided “as is” and we make no warranty about completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

4. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, the City of Brampton). The campaign is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Following an external link is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

The campaign name, logo, slogans, photographs, and original copy on the Site are owned by the campaign or its licensors. The website code and theme are © Flexiweb (flexiweb.co). You may quote and link with attribution; you may not reproduce campaign assets for derivative campaigns without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, the campaign and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
